My back finally stopped hurting.

I hurt my back on Sunday lifting my vaccuum like an idiot. It's been unpleasant for the past few days, but it feels better now. Remember with me now...what your father taught you..."Lift with your legs, not your back." The older I get, the more all that crap my dad said seems to be true. Although my dad always yelled at me to turn the music down. Ha! I showed him!
