This freaking hurts!

It hit last night in rush hour traffic.  Horrible tooth pain in my lower right jaw.  It’s like a pick ax through my jaw, up into my brain and out the top of my head.  The pain alternates between my actual tooth and the center of my head.  This is nasty.  I’ll quit crying ... as soon as the pain goes away :(
