Text the day’s correct keyword, and you’ll be qualified to win a multi-day vacation, including 2 nights at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel and 3-day Park tickets. We’ll select a new winner every day at Noon, so make sure you’re listening for the new keyword. These are the specific contest rules for the “Diamond Celebration Vacation” contest on KXRK-FM. These rules are in addition to the General Contest Rules of KXRK-FM. Complete copies of all contest rules are available at Broadway Media, 50 W. 300 S. #200, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Contest dates: 10:00am on May 7th, 2016 through 12:00pm on May 20th, 2016. To participate in the “Diamond Celebration Vacation” contest, listeners must text the correct keyword to the X96 short code: 33986. One keyword will be given daily between 11:00am and 12:00pm during the week of May 16th, 2016. (1) Winner will be selected randomly each day from text participants. A total of (5) five winners will be selected by the end of the contest run. For (1) extra entry, listeners may also fill out the online form at X96.com. Entries from the online form will only be included in the final drawing on Friday, May 20th, 2016. Each winner will be contacted by the X96 Promotions Department within 24 hours of winning via phone call. Winner must provide full name, email, date of birth, phone number, mailing address, and social security number to X96 Promotions Department. Each winner will receive (1) Vacation Package provided by Disney Destinations, LLC. Vacation Package has an estimated total retail value of $1,480.00. Vacation Package awarded by station must be complete by March 15th, 2017, and the winner and his/their guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Vacation Package, Vacation Package components and Tickets may not be sold, redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above. Disney, its parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors employees and agents shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses injuries, demands, damages, actions, and /or causes of actions which arise out of and/or in any way relate to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion. viii) Vacation Package components may not be separated. Vacation Package consist of room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for two (2) consecutive nights at a Disneyland® Resort Hotelselected by Disney in its sole discretion. Up to four (4) 3-Day 1-Park Disneyland Resort tickets good for admission to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, but not to both Parks on the same day (subject to restrictions). Each winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The Vacation Package shall not include the following: airfare, airport departure fees; baggage fees; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, etc.; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees; and any taxes; or all other charges not explicitly included in the packages pursuant to this Agreement. Prizes not claimed by winner by 5:00PM within 30 days of winning will be released back to the X96 Promotions Department and no consolation prize will be given.
