He promised to change his misguided ways if he got a new heart, but evidently troubled Anthony Stokes was unable to make good on those vows. The Georgia teen died Tuesday after a botched home invasion, crashing a stolen car and ending the troubled life that was extended back in 2013, when he got a controversial heart transplant.

A Texas state trooper was reprimanded for posing for a photo with rapper Snoop Dogg at the South By Southwest festival in Austin last month because the rapper has several convictions for drug possession on his record. Trooper Billy Spears was working the event in March when the hip-hop artist asked to take a picture. Snoop Dog posted the picture to his Instagram account with the comment, “Me n my deputy dogg.”

Meet Jaclynn Glover. The 26-year-old Floridian is locked up on a felony lewdness charge after she removed her bikini top in a beachside café and began groping her breasts in “a sexual nature” while also “tugging on her nipple ring,” cops allege. Glover was on line at a Holmes Beach eatery Tuesday afternoon when she removed her bathing suit top and “exposed her bare breasts to all restaurant patrons,” according to a police report.
