Boner Preview Candidate #1: PERHAPS THIS SHOULD BE AN OBJECT LESSON

A Virginia community is reeling after students at a high school were made to watch a video about racial inequality during Black History Month. The animated film shown at Glen Allen High School in Henrico called ‘The Unequal Opportunity Race’ uses an actual race between white and black athletes as a metaphor for the advantages and disadvantages each face in different facets of life. The film is produced by the African American Policy Forum. Don Blake, a grandfather of a student who attends the school where the video was shown, called the film a ‘white guilt kind of video.’
