Rob Kardashian is contacting his old party buddies and his family thinks it’s a sign he’s off the wagon in a big way … and they blame it all on Blac Chyna. Sources connected to the Kardashians tell TMZ, about 2 weeks ago — the same day Khloe came home from a trip and found Rob and Chyna in her kitchen — someone in the family received a call from a guy who used to party with Rob. We’re told the guy is now clean and wanted them to know Rob had been calling other party friends as well, and he says Rob was trying to score drugs.

CELINE DION IS READY TO TAKE THE STAGE AGAIN

Celine Dion is about to take center stage for the first time since husband Rene Angelil died, but not to sing. We’re told Celine’s back in Vegas where she’ll honor her late husband Wednesday with a celebration of life service. The venue is the Caesars Palace Colosseum … the site of her Vegas residency. Celine will speak at the event … but we’re told there’s no plan for her to sing. Rene was laid to rest in Montreal at an elaborate funeral in the Notre-Dame Basilica. A day later, Celine buried her brother … so it’s been a rough start to 2016.

Scott Weiland’s ex-wife needed cops to keep the peace after going nuclear when she was barred from taking some of his instruments. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … officers were called to a recording studio in Burbank, CA last week — where Scott’s ex, Mary Forsberg, was causing a scene while trying to make off with a keepsake. Mary showed up with her and Scott’s teenage son — we’re told he wanted one of his dad’s guitars — but an employee of the recording studio refused to give them access. An argument ensued … and cops were called to calm everyone down.

Truck driver charged in Tracy Morgan crash pleads not guilty

A truck driver accused of crashing into a limo van carrying comedian Tracy Morgan has pleaded not guilty to aggravated manslaughter and other charges in New Jersey. Kevin Roper was driving a Wal-Mart truck when the crash occurred on the New Jersey Turnpike in June 2014. The crash killed comedian James McNair and seriously injured Morgan and others. Roper entered his pleas during an arraignment on Monday afternoon in New Brunswick. He’s also charged with vehicular homicide and aggravated assault.

Harry Styles either threw a not so silent shot at ex Taylor Swift or waved the white flag by quoting one of her songs in a birthday tweet. The 1D-er turned 22 Monday and posted the on-point lyrics to Taylor’s “Red” album throwback “22.” Seems innocent enough until you factor in Harry getting chummy with Taylor’s gal pal, Kendall Jenner. We’ll give him the pass … chances are he was song material in the past.

Meek Mill dropped $68,000 over the weekend on a Rolex … which might become an antique before he’s able to wear it, because they don’t allow fancy watches in the slammer. Meek bought the piece from Joe the Jeweler aka “Shyne.” It’s a custom-made Presidential Rolex with 23 carats of white round diamonds.  Here’s the problem … Meek has a hearing Friday in his probation violation case. You’ll recall he left the state of Pennsylvania without permission. There are also allegations he tried to cheat a drug test. The judge could send Meek to prison for the violation.

Jay Z’s Roc Nation files $2.4 million suit against Rita Ora

Jay​ ​Z‘s music label is suing his former ​protégé Rita Ora for breaking her recording contract and failing to deliver promised albums. The $2.4 million Manhattan civil suit filed by Roc Nation comes just six weeks after Ora sued the label in California, claiming record execs pushed her aside when they started representing professional athletes. In the new suit, Roc Nation counters that it’s spent over $2 million developing and marketing the British pop singer’s still-unreleased second album.

Last month a Bradley Cooper doppelgänger descended upon the Sundance Film Festival and caused quite a stir with fans, paparazzi and clipboard-wielding publicists. In fact it was friends of Salt Lake City resident Matt Katzenbach who initially dared him to get past the velvet ropes at a festival party merely because of his appearance. “The entire time I never stated that I was him … They looked at me and said, ‘Come right in,’” Katzenbach told Page Six.
