Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email Account at State Dept., Possibly Breaking Rules

WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said, and may have violated federal requirements that officials’ correspondence be retained as part of the agency’s record. Mrs. Clinton did not have a government email address during her four-year tenure at the State Department. Her aides took no actions to have her personal emails preserved on department servers at the time, as required by the Federal Records Act.

New deal takes ‘Judge Judy’ through 2020

“Judge Judy” is sticking around for at least five more years. Judy Sheindlin, who hosts TV’s top-rated court show, has extended her deal with CBS Television Distribution through 2020. The deal — which tacks on an additional three years to Sheindlin’s previous contract — includes a first-look production deal with her production company, Queen Bee Productions, which produces “Hot Bench,” the season’s top-rated new syndicated show already renewed for a second season.
