My New Hero: Spur McCoy

He beds beautiful women in the wild west.

I found this book last night when I was at my (non-court ordered) parenting class with my wife, Mrs. Bill.  We think our kids deserve the best parents possible so we are trying to hone our skills.  So, I found this book lying around the classroom and had to “borrow” it.  It is, I will warn you, full of badly written but very graphic sex scenes that are basically hilarious.  I just thumbed through it and found at least half a dozen such scenes.  I can’t yet tell you if the story is any good but I suspect it is not.  I will try to give it a read over the next few days.  What really amazed me is how many of these Spur McCoy books there are.  Here’s a sample of the titles in the Spur Double collection:

Salad Nicoise

It's tuna salad.

Here it is; the legendary salad nicoise.  I made it last night and it’s delicious; lettuce, tuna, potatoes lightly marinated in vermouth, green beans, tomatoes, olives, onions, hard boiled eggs, all in a mustard lemon vinaigrette with oregano, basil, and thyme.  It takes a while to make.
