Why Is It So Cold In Nana’s Basement?

Wednesday, March 12th, 2008 @ 10:56AM
This is an artist's rendition of what it's like at Nana's.

I'm grateful that we have Nana's to go to when we can't stay at home. And why can't we stay at home? Because our house looks something like this.. .

Twice in a week now we’ve had to sleep over at Nana’s because of remodeling at my house.  If I seem grumpy or mean (more than usual) on the radio it’s because of that, I think.  We are accepting casseroles and covered dishes of all kind at the Allred home because I’m too tired to cook.

Thanks for listening,

Bill

You should go to costco. They have all sorts of premade dinners in the back of the store next to the rotisserie chickens. My personal favorite is the chicken alfredo. If that doesn’t satisfy you I am sure you could locate the relief society president in your “ward” and let you know about your hardship. Tradeoff: food for a couple weeks vs. lifetime of religious solicitation and harassment. Your choice.
