Amy Donaldson is a sports writer for the Deseret Morning News and co-host of the Academy Sports High School Sports Zone on 1280 The Zone every Saturday from 10 to noon. She has worked for the Deseret Morning News since 1991 covering crime, corrections and since January of 2000 she's covered girls high school sports. Amy also covers a variety of issues concerning high school sports and writes a weekly column, which runs on Monday. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Amy is a graduate of Snow College and the University of Utah. Now a proud resident of Taylorsville, Amy is married to Ed Brass (aka Nancy Grace), and they have six children, although only three are still their legal responsibility - Zac, 16, Rachel, 13, and Daphne 8.
