Bill Frost has written the True TV television column for Salt Lake City Weekly since 1998, and has appeared on Radio From Hell Mondays since 1999--what took them so long, no one knows. Bill began writing about television out of necessity: Every TV critic in the Salt Lake City area sucks, as do most outside of it. The situation hasn’t improved, thus Bill is the best TV columnist you know of. Like you, he’s always watched countless hours of television; unlike you, he suckered someone into paying him for it. His TV hackery has appeared in Las Vegas Weekly, O.C. Weekly, Boise Weekly, Tucson Weekly, Birmingham Weekly, Pacific Northwest Inlander, Slammed Magazine and others, as well as SLUG and the late, unlamented X96 mag Grid in the mid-‘90s. Bill has done on-air volunteer work for local talk and public radio stations for the past 12 years, which prepared him well to not be paid by X96--though he does enjoy the complimentary 600-ounce Big Ass Show mugs and occasional peek down Gina’s shirt.
