So...

Couple of things I observed today about last day before Thanksgiving.  1.  There are people who are registered in this 18 person class who I have never seen in class until today.  2.  Only the really “nerdy” people show up for class on the day before Thanksgiving.  3. The purpose of todays class was to debate whether we should have class or not…..blah….why do I feel the responsibility to be in class today. Oh yeah, and only 6…wait now 7 people in class today.

You know...Clearplay?

I want to know what people think about Clear play…the device that lets you edit regular movies in your own home. Anyone have it? Anyone tried it? Agree with it? Disagree with it? Have one and could let me see how it works…

Just some random thoughts while I am sitting in class.

2 Hours in a Sub Zero Meat Locker

Brad is on the Left, Richie T in the middle, Greg on the right

Thanksgiving is coming.  I took a couple of hours yesterday to go out to the Bishops Storehouse and help them get ready for the big Thanksgiving Day rush that will be coming up next week.  2 Hours in a freezer! I must have moved 500 Turkeys, Pork roasts, Beef roasts, and other assorted meats.  It was a lot of fun and it felt good to do.  If you get a chance and are looking for a great opportunity to help people out there are plenty of opportunities that aren’t “Mormon” related that would be helpful. Especially this time of year.  It feels good and you can come and go as you please cause you are a volunteer.  (I learned that theory from a friend of mine)

Saturday Night Live still gets me

Thx Boo.

I didn’t get a chance to see this video on the most recent Saturday Night Live. But I love this kinda stuff.  Anytime there is a spoof of a video or just a silly sketch I love it.  I know that SNL gets a lot of flack for some of the bits bombing (which they do a lot) But coming up with a show every week with only 5 days would be really stressful.  Do you ever wonder where or how these ideas come about?....

A movie review from Richie

I saw the new James Bond movie last night.  Action Action Action.  Beginning to end.  Here are a few things that I noticed about the movie.
1. Bad guys always have the ugliest looking sidekicks.
2. James Bond (Daniel Craig) is pretty good looking with his shirt off….and maybe should do it more.
3. I miss the days of the really cool Bond toys…I dont need a lot of toys, but one would be cool.
4. Even though you know what is going to happen they are always great movies.
5. The throwback to Goldeneye is pretty cool.
