I found what I want to be!

Chicago is the big time.  Its full of excitement, people, so many things to do.  It has been a lot of fun to be here so far.  Every day I get up and go to class.  Its from 10-1. That is Improv Class.  We (16 of us) basically sit in a room and play games.  It gives us a chance to listen, observe, challenge ourselves and challenge others.  That class is taught by Michael Gellman who used to be part of Second City when it was in Toronto with Dan Akroyd and the like.  He comes off as just a sort of laid back guy but he is very good about challenging everyone in the class.  Most teachers would say “Nice Effort” he says “You’re doing it wrong!” Its good to have people be honest like that.

The guy with the harmonica and the tap shoes was just outside of Wrigley Field.  He would tap dance and play the harmonica if you gave him money.  The more money you gave him he didnt play any better.  but he was

IO used to stand for Improv Olympic.  It now just stands for IO. It is another improv group here in Chicago that shares a lot of the same players with Second City.  They do various kinds of improv, all of which is very good.

Third Picture
This is Martin from West Indiana (he says the smallest town ever) and Kristin from Philly.  Martin and I have hung out every night of this excursion and Kristin stays at the same hostel as I do.  Kristin reminds me a lot of Robin Williams.  A LOT!.
