Moving time…..Help?

Do you know a place?
Because my roommate is getting married (Congratulations to him) I am looking for a place to rent. Kind of a month to month or 6 month rental. Small, close to downtown, quiet, safe, clean. Anyone? Anyone? Oh yeah, and I have 10 days to find it and move in!
