Good luck keeping this information out of your nightmares. Researchers have discovered evidence of a huge ancient animal they are calling the Terror Crocodile. The scientific name of the creature is Deinosuchus.
According to the research, the Terror Crocodile roamed North America 75 to 82 million years ago. The animal was the “largest carnivore in the ecosystem” at up to 33 feet long weighing in at 8,000 pounds.

The reptile has a big enough head to feast on dinosaurs. One researcher said, “Deinosuchus was a giant that must have terrorized dinosaurs that came to the water’s edge to drink.” Chomp.
