Welcome to the flannel panel
As the weather begins to chills and we start to drag out our boots and flannel out of storage, we at X96 can’t be helped but to think about when guitars reigned, we were much younger, we used to be able to use the f-word freely over the company intercom, and we had fewer bills to pay.
So we thought we would have you come down the rabbit hole with us as we thought about some of our favorite bands from the era. We’ve put together a little bracket for you to vote on the grungiest of the grunge. It’s a vote that will render very little consequence on a national or global scale, so that’s nice.
We pulled 16 of our favorites from the era for round 1, so we know it’s not a comprehensive list, but we think it’s a pretty good one. Round 1 will go through October 31st, at 11:59 pm.
