A Texas special-ed teacher was indicted by a grand jury for having a sexual relationship with a student, allegedly asking the student to draw a portrait of her naked. Rebecca Goerdel, 28, was employed at Young Men’s Leadership Academy at Kennedy Middle School when she was arrested March 10 in Grand Prairie over her alleged affair with an eighth-grade student, news station WFAA reported. A Dallas County grand jury charged her Wednesday with having an improper relationship with a student. Goerdel sent a nude photo of herself in a tanning bed to the student in January and asked him to illustrate a picture of her naked, according to the arrest warrant.
