The Rochester Institute of Technology’s slide featured the Winnie the Pooh character Roo, using the kangaroo character’s name as an acronym about masturbation. A screenshot of the slide was shared via social media and included closed-captioning at the bottom that read: “Self-gratification can prevent sexual assault.” Roo was short for “rub one out.” Critics said the slide made light of rape and blasted the idea that masturbation could curb someone’s urge to commit sexual assault.

The wife of a Trump Organization ethics lawyer was arrested for allegedly having sex in a car with an inmate. Teresa Jo Burchfield, 53, was arrested Tuesday outside the Adult Detention Center in Fauquier County, Virginia, after she was allegedly found having sex with a 23-year-old inmate who was allowed to work outside the center, according to the Fauquier Times. It was not immediately clear if she has retained an attorney or entered a plea. Burchfield is married to Bobby Burchfield, who was hired as an independent ethics advisor to the Donald J. Revocable Trust in January, which has overseen the Trump Organization since the president took office, the Times reported.

A Texas special-ed teacher was indicted by a grand jury for having a sexual relationship with a student, allegedly asking the student to draw a portrait of her naked. Rebecca Goerdel, 28, was employed at Young Men’s Leadership Academy at Kennedy Middle School when she was arrested March 10 in Grand Prairie over her alleged affair with an eighth-grade student, news station WFAA reported. A Dallas County grand jury charged her Wednesday with having an improper relationship with a student. Goerdel sent a nude photo of herself in a tanning bed to the student in January and asked him to illustrate a picture of her naked, according to the arrest warrant.
