Dave Grohl can drum, play guitar and sing, but does he know how to cook a pig butt? Apparently, he does as he was seen playing pitmaster in Studio City’s new Valley Urban Market for The Beached Pig. Barbecuing is actually one of the rocker’s favorite hobbies. Grohl gave some advice saying, “Pork loves salt. Salt loves pork. You get nice salt on a good piece of pork and let the smoke hit it right and then it’s f-ing delicious.” Grohl has been known to sling succulent meat backstage at shows and festivals for hungry bystanders. Grohl elaborates, “Like, Nick Cave will come up and ask for a burger.”
