Eddie Vedder Debuts New Band, Covers R.E.M., Kings of Leon, Pretenders, Prince and More at Ohana Fest

Eddie Vedder brought out a group of all-stars this weekend at Saturday’s Ohana Fest.

Vedder brought our Glen Hansard, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, former Red Hot Chili Pepper Josh Klinghoffer, and more for the hour-long set.

The group performed covers of R.E.M., Prince, and Kings of Leon, who had to back out of the event due to a family death.

Ohana Fest also marked Pearl Jam’s first Southern California performance since 2013.

Have you ever seen Eddie Vedder perform solo? Who would you put into a supergroup?
