In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, he’s being yelled at by Star-Lord. In Avengers: Infinity War trailer, he’s playing a handheld, ‘80s-inspired video game while the rest of the Guardians look upon a comatose Thor.

‘Star Trek: Discovery’ cast and producers on delays, ‘massive’ scope, and more

Though “Star Trek: Discovery” has endured a bumpy pre-flight period, the show’s executive producers insist the turbulence was necessary to get everything ship-shape. The much-anticipated new chapter in the “Star Trek” saga was originally scheduled to premiere on CBS All Access, the network’s streaming platform, in January 2017. Then, to the surprise of many, co-creator Bryan Fuller left the show. The premiere date was pushed back again, to May 2017. Third time’s apparently the charm, as “Star Trek: Discovery” is now slated to debut Sept. 24.

Disney’s ‘Jungle Cruise’ Movie Finds a Director

It appears that Disney’s Jungle Cruise movie has finally found its captain. The Shallows helmer Jaume Collet-Serra will direct Dwayne Johnson in the action-adventure based on the classic Disneyland ride. While park-goers are taken on a journey through the rivers of the world, from Africa’s Nile and Congo rivers to South America’s Amazon, exact plot details for the feature are being kept under wraps.

Hellboy Movie Reboot Adds Game Of Thrones And Deadwood Star Ian McShane

According to The Hollywood Reporter, McShane will play Professor Broom, who is Hellboy’s adoptive father in the graphic novels that the film is based on. The role was previously played by the late John Hurt in Guillermo Del Toro’s two Hellboy movies. McShane is also known for playing Brother Ray in season six of Game of Thrones, as well as for roles in American Gods and the John Wick movies. Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen will be directed by Neil Marshall, who is best known for his work on Game of Thrones, as well as movies such as Doomsdayand The DescentStranger Things star Harbour will play Hellboy, and the character’s creator Mike Mignola is also involved with the film.
