Panic! at the Disco cover Outkast’s “Hey Ya”

It seem with the success of Weezer, 311, Smashing Pumpkins, and on, and on, and on paying tribute to their favorite artists (or being bullied to by online fan pettions) that Panic! at the Disco has decided to share their take on Outkast’s “Hey Ya” as part of Spotify’s Singles Series.

The session comes at the heels of Panic! at the Disco being named the Favorite Alternative Rock Artist at the American Music Awards.

Back in 2003 “Hey Ya” was as inescapable as Donald Trump is today, so that’s saying a lot. The band also did an acoustic version of their latest single “High Hopes” as part of the session.
