Pearl Jam Guitarist Explains The Thing He Was Displeased About ‘Even Flow’

Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready recently revealed the thing he did not enjoy about the band’s song “Even Flow.”

Talking with ‘Classic Rock,’ McCready said, “I’ve always wanted to do a better ‘Even Flow’ solo than the one that’s on there. I shouldn’t say that, because I think some people like it the way it is.”

“Although when we’re playing it live, I always want to do it better,” McCready added. “But I don’t think there are any other aspects I would have changed on that record. I mean, it was a dream come true.”

Pearl Jam’s album ‘Ten,’ featuring the song “Even Flow,” turns 30 this month.

What is your favorite song from ‘Ten?’ Do you think there were any ways the album could have possibly been better?
