A driver was injured Monday evening in Clinton after accidentally firing a gun during a road rage incident, according to police. Officers said the firearm discharged while the male driver was on the phone with dispatch, causing a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his leg that is not believed to be life-threatening. The other involved party is cooperating with investigators, and the incident remains under investigation.
