Search warrant executed for Prince’s medical records, identifies doctor who treated him

Prince saw a Minneapolis-area doctor the day before he died, and that doctor was at Prince’s Paisley Park compound to deliver test results on the morning the musician was found dead, according to court records obtained by the Los Angeles Times. Michael Todd Schulenberg, who specializes in family medicine, had also seen Prince earlier in the month, on April 7.

PRINCE DOCTOR UNDER FIRE Mysteriously Left Practice Days Ago

The doctor who law enforcement is targeting in the Prince investigation abruptly left the facility where he practiced … and no one will say why. Dr. Michael Schulenberg was at Paisley Park when Prince died, and as we reported, authorities obtained a search warrant to seize the doctor’s medical records and, more specifically, prescriptions he wrote for the singer.  As we previously reported, Dr. Schulenberg saw Prince on April 7th and April 20th — the day before Prince died.

Imprisoned man claiming to be Prince’s son comes forward

A Missouri man currently serving time in federal prison has come forward claiming to be Prince’s only biological son. Carlin Q. Williams filed paperwork in a Minnesota probate court Monday claiming to be the Purple One’s “sole surviving legal heir” — the first paternity claim received by Prince’s estate, ABC News reported. Williams’ mother, Marsha Henson, claimed in an affidavit that she met Prince in July 1976 at a Kansas City, Missouri, hotel.

At 66, KISS frontman Gene Simmons has led a pretty spectacular life.
