‘He will be turning in his grave’: Winston Churchill’s home being used as Hitler HQ in Transformers 5
As a film franchise, Transformers has never been much interested in pleasing critics, but it looks like it’s now even upsetting the dead. More specifically, Winston Churchill, whose former home, Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, is being used as the set of Adolf Hitler’s headquarters for the upcoming Transformers movie, The Last Knight, with swastikas aplenty.
Hot Wheels Movie Scores Fast & Furious Director Justin Lin
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the long-gestating Hot Wheels movie has just gotten a jump start with the hiring of filmmaker Justin Lin (the Fast & Furious franchise, Star Trek Beyond), who is slated to both direct and produce via his Perfect Storm Entertainment.

If you missed it, The Tick pilot is around 30 minutes of darkly humorous superhero satire and tribute. There was a sense of trepidation when it was announced–especially coming on the heels of the excellent 2001 series starring Patrick Warburton, which only lasted one season.

Stan Lee to create Chinese movie superhero Monkey Master
According to Variety, Lee will work on the project with Liquid Comics’ Sharad Devarajan, with whom he created Indian superhero Chakra: The Invincible. While Chakra emerged as a 65-minute animated film on Cartoon Network India, Monkey Master is aiming higher: with backing from China’s Shinework Pictures and Graphic India, Lee and Devarajan are planning an international English-language blockbuster.
