Guy Ritchie and Jason Statham Team Up for “Wrath of Man”

Guy Ritchie, the dapper director with style to spare, is following up his 2019 film “The Gentlemen.”

This time around he is bringing back Jason Statham, a man who is hired to protect armored cars, in what looks to be a film with the action more front and center than the director’s last outing. Hell, Statham even appears to gun down Utah resident, Post Malone in the trailer. But is simply protecting hard currency transfers what Mr. Statham is up to? No. It seems he is out to take revenge on men who gunned down his son, using his gig as an armored truck guard to get to those who wronged him.

Via the plot summary from MGM, “A mysterious and wild-eyed new cash truck security guard (Jason Statham) surprises his coworkers during a heist in which he unexpectedly unleashes precision skills. The crew is left wondering who he is and where he came from. Soon, the marksman’s ultimate motive becomes clear as he takes dramatic and irrevocable steps to settle a score.” So yeah, what we said!

We’re always excited to see a new Guy Ritchie outing!
