Thomas became the league’s first female referee in 2015. NFL officials are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience to work a Super Bowl.
Super Bowl LV will kick off on February 7th from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL.
Will we ever see an all-female officiating crew work an NFL game? What about a female head coach?
