Why Pepsi Isn’t Airing Ads During This Year’s Super Bowl

Budgets are a little tighter for everyone right now, even Pepsi.

Pepsi will not be airing any ads during the “Big Game” this year because they want to refocus their funding.

In fairness, they’ll be putting their budget into the 12-minute Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show, which may as well be considered advertising.

Pepsi is hoping that the focus will get fans more excited about the mini-concert from The Weeknd, especially after such a strange 12 months of almost no concerts.
