Buzz is growing that Scott Pelley’s time as anchor of the “CBS Evening News” is coming to an end. While CBS denies it, multiple sources tell Page Six that the network is planning to move Pelley over to “60 Minutes” — where he is already an anchor — full time, and replace him on the network’s flagship news broadcast.

Celebrity hacker gets longer sentence than expected

A Manhattan federal judge slammed a celebrity hacker with a larger-than-expected sentence because of the man’s secret plot — hatched from his prison cell — to sell the dirt he’d stolen from celebrities once released from prison. Judge Paul Englemayer sentenced Alonzo Knowles — who prosecutors say hacked hundreds of celebrities — to five years in the slammer Tuesday. That’s almost double what Knowles was told to expect when he copped a plea last May.

Beyoncé leads Grammy nominations

The Grammy Awards are sipping all of Beyoncé’s lemonade. The pop star is the leader of the 2017 Grammys with nine nominations, including bids for album of the year with “Lemonade,” and song and record of the year with “Formation.” The singer, who already has 20 Grammys, is also the first artist to earn nominations in the pop, rock, R&B and rap categories in the same year. Behind Beyoncé are Drake, Rihanna and Kanye West, who scored eight nominations each.

‘Game of Thrones’ star Peter Vaughan dies at 93

Former “Game of Thrones” star Peter Vaughan passed away on Tuesday. He was 93. “This is to confirm that very sadly Peter Vaughan passed away at approximately 10:30 this morning,” Vaughan’s longtime agent, Sally Long-Innes, told the BBC. “He died peacefully with his family around him.” Vaughan, who played Maester Aemon on the HBO hit from 2011 to 2015, had an acting career spanning 75 years.
