Kim Kardashian has been a big part of Kanye West’s recovery ever since the rapper checked into an L.A. hospital for exhaustion one week ago. Now, Us Weekly has revealed more details on Kim’s role. According to one source, Kim “knew he couldn’t keep going the way he was. She has been by his side through all of this, helping to feed him and laying by his side.” The source adds that Kimye spent Thanksgiving together at the hospital: “Kim wouldn’t leave his side except to see the kids. She’s been at the hospital all the time.”
