Dave Grohl: ‘New Foo Fighters Unlike Anything We’ve Ever Done’

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl can’t wait for you to hear the band’s upcoming tenth album, telling Kerrang “It’s unlike anything we’ve ever done” and that he “can’t wait to jump on stage and play it.” It sounds like the upcoming album will be filled with plenty of anthems, ala Queen, with Grohl adding “There are choruses on this record that 50,000 people are going to sing and they’re going to bring everyone’s hearts together in that moment. That’s what it’s all about.” No release date’s been given but Grohl has said the new album will come out in 2020.
