Rise Against frontman Tim McIlrath is going back to school.
The singer has enrolled in college again, taking classes over Zoom.
Appearing on the Tuna on Toast podcast, McIlrath said he was a college junior when his music career began to take off and decided to use his extra time from the pandemic to finish his degree.

So far McIlrath is fitting in well with his classmates – and says he’s only been recognized once.
