Brush fires around Los Angeles County forced 5,000 people to evacuate and put 3,000 homes — including those of celebs like Jessica Simpson, Katie Holmes and the Kardashians — at risk, authorities said. The flames were initially sparked by a car accident Saturday afternoon, when a driver crashed a pickup truck into a utility pole, downing electrical wires in the well-heeled neighborhood, The Post’s Kathianne Boniello writes. The accident led to a handful of fires that raced through drought-dry brush in Los Angeles suburbs like Calabasas and West Hills.
Mark Salling pleads not guilty in child porn case
An actor who starred on the musical dramedy “Glee” pleaded not guilty to federal pornography charges Friday and had his internet usage and travel severely restricted. U.S. Magistrate Judge Rozella A. Oliver ruled Mark Salling can be released after he posts $150,000 bail,including $100,000 of his own money to guarantee future court appearances. Salling, 33, answered several questions from the judge and entered the not guilty during his court appearance, which also resulted in a July trial date being set.

Blanks for contributing causes are marked “na” for “not applicable.” A space for “other significant conditions” is also marked “na.”
