1 Dead, 3 Injured After Shooting at T.I. Concert in New York City

At least four people were shot, one fatally, on Wednesday when gunfire broke out at Manhattan’s Irving Plaza, where rapper T.I. was scheduled to perform. Police say the shooting occurred shortly after 10 p.m. in a third-floor green room. As of 12 a.m. local time, no arrests had been made. “Everybody was having a good time until everybody started running,” a witness told NBC New York. “They didn’t search nobody, they didn’t check no IDs.”

Johnny Depp, Amber Heard To Divorce

Actress Amber Heard has filed for divorce from Johnny Depp after 15 months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Heard’s filing on Monday followed the May 20 death of Depp’s mother, according to TMZ. People magazine confirmed the divorce petition. Depp, 52, met Heard, 30, on the set of the 2011 film, “The Rum Diary.” They married in February 2015. The divorce filing follows months of speculation about a spilt. Heard acknowledged the challenges of her marriage to Marie Claire in December. “I try not to react to the horrible misrepresentation of our lives, but it is strange, and hard,” she said.

Judge Denies Gawker New Trial In Hulk Hogan Case

Gawker will not get a new trial to defend its posting of a Hulk Hogan sex tape, and a Florida judge also declined to reduce the $140 million in damages a jury awarded the celebrity wrestler after finding the media website violated his privacy, attorneys said on Wednesday. An attorney for Hogan, whose legal name is Terry Bollea, praised Judge Pamela Campbell’s decision to deny Gawkwer’s motion for a new trial. Campbell this year presided over the jury trial in state civil court in St. Petersburg, Florida, near the wrestler’s home.

Rapper T-Pain exposed Lil’ Wayne and Birdman for apparently blowing a lot of “Cash Money” on video games. “When I used to be in the studio with Lil’ Wayne and Birdman, Lil’ Wayne and Birdman would bet money — $10,000 a game — on ‘Madden,’” T-Pain revealed in a live stream late Tuesday. It gets better.
“They would just let the computer play each other,” T-Pain chuckled. “They would bet that a team they picked would beat the team the other guy picked. They didn’t even play the game!”

WWE plans more live TV, revamped shows in bid to boost ratings

WWE, hoping to increase interest in its “Smackdown” programming, said Wednesday it will become a live broadcast on USA and move from Thursday to Tuesday night. The Vince McMahon-controlled $1.3 billion entertainment empire will also move to further separate its “Smackdown” and “Raw” brands by making its stars appear exclusively on just one show. For the past few years, WWE stars appeared on both shows. Just going live would “truly eventize [‘Smackdown’] every week,” said Chris McCumber, the president of NBCUniversal’s Entertainment Networks, which owns USA. The move to Tuesdays starts July 19.

“The Wonder Years” star Jason Hervey just learned the hard way … never take Ambien before you get behind the wheel. Tennessee law enforcement tells TMZ … they got a call about a swerving pickup truck and were able to locate it. Cops say Hervey was behind the wheel and totally out of it … slurring, red-eyed and confused. Cops say Hervey miserably failed a field sobriety test. They searched the pickup and found a loaded handgun. Hervey was booked for DUI and carrying a weapon while under the influence.

Rob Lowe reportedly in talks to join ‘Live’

“Live” may have already found a replacement for Michael Strahan. Roughly two weeks after Strahan’s rocky departure, “Entertainment Tonight” is reporting that actor Rob Lowe is in talks to join Kelly Ripa as co-host of the morning show. A source tells the program that ABC has spoken to Lowe’s reps about the gig. He was reportedly in the running for the job the last time around, too, when Regis Philbin left the show in 2012.
