Pennsylvania’s highest court has overturned Bill Cosby’s sex assault conviction.
The court agreed with a previous prosecutor that prevented Cosby from being charged in the case.

The court said the prosecution’s decision not to charge him allowed Cosby to speak freely in a lawsuit against him and that testimony was key in his conviction years ago.
Cosby served more than 2 years of a 3-10 year sentence.
He vowed to serve all 10 years rather than apologize.
People are not happy…
Allison Mack will serve more time than Bill Cosby. Fascinating.

Can’t believe Bill Cosby was released from prison… I just pictured him knocking on doors to inform his neighbors he’s a sex offender… “Hey hey hey”…

Critics of the decision are saying it feels like a failure of the legal system: “At the end of the day, rulings like this mean survivors of sexual abuse will be less willing to step forward, afraid that the legal system is stacked against them" https://t.co/ZKTohHiYwt
