Former President Jimmy Carter has been admitted to the hospital again. The 95-year-old has checked in to Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia, for treatment of a urinary tract infection, a spokesperson reports. The hospital visit marks Carter’s fourth in recent months. Just last Wednesday, he was released from Emory Hospital, where he underwent surgery to relieve pressure on his brain. In October, he was hospitalized after he fell and hit his head, and again after he fractured his pelvis in another fall. Discussing Carter’s current visit, his spokesperson says he “looks forward to returning home soon.”
