Teen marijuana usage can damage long-term cognitive abilities. Even if the teen stops using marijuana, the effect can’t be reversed. This is not the first research to show how bad marijuana can be for teenage brain development. More studies need to be done to find out why cannabis does so much destruction to young brains.
