• Broadcasting Job Fair at the University of Utah

Have you been thinking about a job in broadcasting? Are you sure? You know, coders, bankers, tech consultants are good and in-demand jobs, right? You know those jobs pay a lot more, too. Well, if you insist that broadcasting is for you, you should head to the University of Utah ballroom in the Union from 9 am to 1 pm and chat with people from all aspects of broadcasting: sales, engineering, on-air, clerical, traffic, promotions, internships, and more (don’t ask).

• Cirque du Soleil – Crystal at Maverik Center

There’s no need to head to Vegas when the Vegas comes to you. Going on through March 10th with “Crystal.” There will be ice, skating, acrobatics, rich choreography, amazing costumes, people much more physically fit than you are, ramps, jumps, and a strong sense of sensuality throughout!

• Weathers at Kilby Court

I’ve played them before on X96 IPO, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that I am strongly recommended you go to see this L.A. band at Kilby Court. Remember, if you’re over 21, stop at Fischer Brewery before the show, as there no alcohol allowed in the venue, bro. Ariana and the Rose, Overstreet, and The Sardines will also be performing for your pleasure.

Alt music’s self-proclaimed nature-boy escapes the wilderness for a tour that land right in Salt Lake for the Upside Down Flowers Tour. It all has me feeling very Namaste-ish.
