There’s talk of a standalone Hulk movie being actively in development over at Marvel.
Keep in mind that right now this is all talk since Universal owns the distribution rights to Hulk and doesn’t seem to be giving them up after negotiations with Marvel have come to a halt.
So, technically a standalone movie could happen, but the distribution would be Universal’s responsibility and that would mean a huge payday without much work.

Right now there’s nothing but talk and plenty of cool fan art, but who knows, things could come together quickly.
