The USDA has issued a nationwide ground beef recall due to several illnesses and one death. The recall covers 130,000 pounds of ground beef made by Cargill Meat Solutions in Colorado.

You need to look for products produced and packaged on June 21, 2018, and have the establishment number ‘EST. 86R’ inside the USDA mark of inspection.
According to investigators, it looks like the ground beef was the cause of an E. coli outbreak that resulted in 17 illnesses and one death this summer.
