Saturday Night Live has announced the host and musical guest for its return to T.V. for the 44th season. Adam Driver, who starred in “Star Wars” and “BlacKkKlansman” will host for the second time and Kanye West will appear as the musical guest for the seventh time since he appeared for the first time in 2005. SNL has received a rating surge the past two seasons due to its regular comedy about the Trump White House.
Season 43 averaged 9.4 million watchers per episode, which is the most-watched season since 1995.
