A West Virginia woman is going to jail after she confessed to killing her husband with a dagger during sexual foreplay. 49-year-old Jennifer Lynn Via was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Monday for voluntary manslaughter. Her husband Thomas Via was killed in 2017. Jennifer’s story varied until her admission that she killed her husband by stabbing him in the back with a 14-inch dagger while roughhousing as a part of foreplay. The defense attorney said the couple watched Kung-Fu movies that led to them playing with weapons.
