Specifically, Louise Gray heard Sean Marsden’s manhood “crack.” After the sexual accident, Marsden’s member swelled to the size of a wine bottle. Marsden was taken to the hospital where doctors performed surgery on his penile fracture and torn urethra. He was given strong pain pills and told not to have sex for the rest of the month.
