Your $1,400 COVID relief payment could turn up in your bank account as soon as this weekend.
That’s the word from White House press secretary Jen Psaki, who made the announcement hours after President Joe Biden signed the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan into law.

U.S. resident who already have their bank account information on file with the IRS will receive the first round of payments, and then checks will be cut and mailed to everyone else, Psaki says. The process will take “several weeks, ” she adds.
