Despite what many people thought, Squid Game was not the most watched series on Netflix in 2021. Lucifer was the most watched series with 18.3 billion minutes of total streaming. Squid Game topped off at 16.4 billion minutes. The most watched show on all streaming services combined was Criminal Minds with 33.9 billion minutes watched.
