Plain White T’s singer Tom Higgenson offered the surprise of a lifetime to an 8-year-old cancer patient named – you guessed it – Delilah.
Higgenson recorded a custom video performing the band’s signature hit “Hey There Delilah”, which was delivered to her hospital room.
But seconds after the video began, Delilah got another surprise – Higgenson himself walked into the room to play the song in person.

The whole thing has been shared on Instagram and TikTok, where it’s revealed that Delilah has been battling cancer for four years.
