The judge recently warned a default judgment would be issued in Gwyneth’s favor (since she’s the petitioner) if the divorce lay dormant any longer.

Amber Rayne, an adult film actress who joined the list of women to accuse actor James Deen of sexual assault, was found dead Saturday, the New York Daily News reports. Rayne collapsed and died at her San Fernando Valley home, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told the Daily News. She was 31.

Erik Bauersfeld, the veteran radio actor who memorably voiced the beloved “Star Wars” character Admiral Ackbar — and delivered the iconic line (turned meme), “It’s a trap!” in “Return of the Jedi” — died on Sunday at his home in Berkeley, Calif.
