After thousands of actors were considered to portray a younger Han Solo for a “Star Wars” spinoff, Alden Ehrenreich has landed the coveted role. Hollywood sources tell us Ehrenreich has signed on to play the iconic role, made famous by Harrison Ford, in the new movie, slated for 2018, which will focus on Solo before he joined the Rebel Alliance. One insider told us of Ehrenreich, 26, who most recently appeared in “Hail, Caesar!”: “Alden really impressed Disney and Lucasfilm execs with his screen tests. The deal is basically done.”

The Rolling Stones have gotten no satisfaction from presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump using their songs at his campaign rallies. In a statement released Wednesday, the rock legends attempted to keep their songs under their collective thumb, saying that they have not given permission to the Trump campaign to use their songs and “have requested that they cease all use immediately.”

50 Cent Donates $100,000 To Autism Speaks After Mocking Teen With Autism

50 Cent found himself in hot water this week after a video of him mocking a 19-year-old man named Andrew Ferrell, who has autism, was posted on his social media accounts account. The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, has since deleted the video andapologized to Farrell and his family for his terrible behavior. He then took an extra step in trying to make things right.  According to TMZ, Jackson donated $100,000 to Autism Speaks, an autism advocacy group.

Prince Had Percocet In His System: Reports

Music superstar Prince’s autopsy found the painkiller Percocet in his system, the Minneapolis Star Tribune and KSTP-TV reported on Thursday, citing sources close to the investigation. Prince also had a dangerously low red blood cell count, indicating he had been ill, Minneapolis ABC affiliate KSTP-TV said, citing two unnamed law enforcement officials. A spokeswoman for the local medical examiner’s office that conducted a post-mortem examination of Prince declined to confirm the reports.
