Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 director: ‘Sylvester Stallone plays MAJOR Marvel character’
Marvel fans have known for a while that the Rocky star would be turning up for the second Guardians movie, but who is he playing? At first it was presumed he would just do a cameo role as one of Yondu’s Ravagers or a member of Nova Corp. However a new hint from director Gunn suggests he’ll be playing a much bigger role. Speaking with The Adam Carolla Show, he said: “We do have a couple of characters who are very important to the Marvel Universe who are going to make their debut in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which people don’t know about.
